Instant Pancit Canton!?
Yes, it’s made from Nissin Pancit Canton. I call it “special” since my wife Tish added pork and vegetables. Simple, easy, quick to prepare and tastes very very good!

There used to be restaurants here. This is the area across Boulevard. Now it’s replaced with this – a commercial place.

I was taking a jeep from Colon to Cebu Doctors’ Hospital when I overhead this guy saying something. I then realized that he was memorizing the answers to the basic Job interview questions written on that paper. It’s ok to have a list of basic job interview questions but to memorize the generic answers that came with it – word for word won’t get you anywhere. Good luck with the interview bai!
Note: The paper in his hands is a list of generic questions in a job interview with the usual answers. (templates) And on the upper right corner of the paper is a note “Original Copy”. I thought, what?!?! So there’s someone else out there with copy of this and probably memorizing everything too? 
The Halo-halo and the Banana Split are a favorite dessert of mine at Ice Castle. Well not only me, but a lot of Cebuanos as well.
