It takes a lot of discipline and self control to keep myself away from it.

Or any other Ice cream will do. Here I got 4 scoops of ice cream free from Selecta!

There are many ways of making SMORS. This is my version using ingredients available in the nearest grocery store to my place.

Ingredients.
1. Magic Flakes Combo (the ones with chocolate filling)
2. Marshmallows from Markenburg (the only ones available in the grocery store that are plain and not the ones with fruity flavor)

Steps on how to make it!

1. I prefer to use a barbecue stick.

2. I saw someone did this over the stove. I’m not comfortable with the idea that some of the gases might stick to the marshmallow so I go with the oven toaster instead.

3. Now as you cook the marshmallows they will start to expand and change in color. Careful of the expansion, that’s caused by trapped gases that when released could light up. DO NOT PANIC! Just blow out the fire.

4. Just cook them until they brown a little. That should be enough to cook the marshmallows to the right consistency. Overcooking them and it will melt off the stick!

5. Now you have your marshmallows, follow the pictures below


6. And you’re done! Enjoy your SMORS!!!
