Fuente Osmeña under a different light spectrum

For the past few days I have been experimenting with the Haida IR85 (IR850) filter. It’s just too dark for my camera. At ISO100 I need to reach 5 to 6 minutes exposure time just to get a decent exposure. Even though the photo was taken at ISO100 under noon time sun, the long exposure of 5 to 6 minutes introduced another problem – hot pixels. I’d rather have digital noise caused by high iso settings than hot pixels. Why? Because digital noise can be controlled using a noise reduction program like Noise Ninja. While the hot pixels are too big that noise reduction programs can’t get rid of them.
